This isn't a fairy tale. Our lives have been forever changed by Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia. We're just trying to find a way to make it work.

Good News
Our little cherub is back to being his onry self. He's been messing with his favorite nurse Sue and trying to pull out his pressure tube and his feeding tube. He peeks to see if anyone is standing in front of his then goes for it. If he sees someone he shuts his eyes quickly and pretends to sleep. The faces he makes has everyone laughing and he's been trying to roll over on his own. He spent most of today awake and looking around. His color is good again and he seems to be comfortable again. I feel so blessed that he is ok and has a great team of doctors and nurses looking after him. UCSF Childrens Hospital has been awesome saving our little man. Today they suctioned alot of gunk out of his lungs and now his lung is reinflating and he has good breathe sounds. His xray looks good too. Please keep our little Liam in your prayers.
