Our happy little family :) My husband Justin, Daughter Lanie, Son Liam and Myself. My daughter took after my husband with her blue eyes and curly blonde hair. She is a sweet little girl who has handled the situation with Liam very well. We were able to have her up in NICU with us daily without her cause problems or being loud. Liam took after me with the dark hair and little nose. We thought he was going to have grey/blue eyes but they are turning a brown/green like mine. The kids are completle oposites. Lanie is tall for her age and Liam is short. Lanie was perfectly healthy at birth and Liam wasn't. They both were/are very happy babies though.
Miss Lanie loves to dress up. During our stay with Liam at the hospitals, she cought on quick to what each machine did and started observing the nurses and helping them out. It got to the point that Nurse Sue would actually put her to work helping get supplies and what not. She said she wanted to grow up to be a doctor so we bought her this doctors top. Liam got a blue onsie that looks the same.
Even though Liam has been through alot in his short life, he is a very happy baby. He smiles and the whole room brightens up. He is our miracle baby.
After everything we've been through, Justin can still make me laugh. He has a way of lightening up the atmosphere and make me smile. It's a struggle to deal with everything but we're working hard to overcome the odds.
And then you have me, computer geek, book worm, quiet shy me. I read ALOT. Some would call it a problem or an obsession. "Hi my name is Aubin and Im addicted to reading" lol. I use books as a temperary escape from reality. I like fig nutton cookies, butter and salt on my popcorn and pumpkin ice cream. I drink alot of pepsi and love cheeseburgers. I love music and baking and arts and craft, and photography. Im odd and random but Im ok with who I am. I treat my cats like babies and try to spoil my kids. Most importantly I love being a mom.
